The product is composed of the outer layers of the wheat kernel in flake form as derived in the process of flour milling from sound, milling grades of Canadian Hard Red Spring wheat. The product is processed using Good Manufacturing Practices.

Moisture 13.5% maximum
Fat (ether extract) 5% minimum
Ash 3.8 – 4.5%
Protein 13.5% minimum
